classes and programs
Our boxing programs is designed to successfully integrate all different skill levels into the program. You will learn the fundamentals of boxing. Proper stance, proper footwork, proper breathing, how to punch, how to move with a strong emphasis on Fitness. We call it the three F’s: Fundamentals, Fitness & a little bit of Fury. Class consists of bag work, calisthenics’, partner drilling with focus mitts. You will learn basic boxing combinations and defensive techniques.
Once the student demonstrates the fundamentals of boxing 101, they can then choose to start light contact sparring and drilling. Mouthpiece, groin protector and shin guards required. Coaches’ permission required, as this class is more technical in nature. Students should be comfortable drilling and sparring and be able to demonstrate control and accuracy while sparring and drilling.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art involving the use of throws, takedowns, and ground control positions. Students learn how to use their body to make frames and levers to manipulate an opponent’s base, posture, structure, and ultimately leading to controlling another person using chokes and joint locks.
Emphasizing biomechanically correct movements that avoid attributes like strength or athleticism. We believe ANYONE can do Jiu jitsu, for whatever goal they wish to achieve. Be it fitness, self-defense, competitive mixed martial arts, or simply self-improvement, training at Royal MMA will give you the insight and skills to truly empower yourself.
Kids Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu
The Royal MMA Kids Program is designed to teach core values, like focus, cooperation, persistence, discipline, and respect. We believe to excel in any endeavor, children need to have a strong set of values and a solid character that gives them the perseverance to achieve his or her goals. Royal MMA provides a challenging yet safe environment for a child to develop the characteristics of a champion in all aspects of life. Our Kids Martial Arts Program is subdivided into two groups. Young Lions (10yrs & up) and Little cubs (7- 9yrs).

Kids Ultimate MMA Program
Our ultimate MMA program is for the kid who wants to learn both the striking and the grappling arts. This program is the combination of kids BJJ and Teens Boxing Kids. Must be 12 years or older.
